  Went in to have an X-ray done And I was denied of one because the doctor "believed" I didn't need one. I wanted to be 100% positive I didn't have a slipped disc, or anything else wrong with my spine. And the doctor told me because I didn't lift anything heavy he didn't see the need of me having an X-ray done. I will never come back here. I don't see how a doctor can look at a patient and deny them an X-ray, and tell them they don't have something without even checking. He told me if I would of told them I lifted something heavy and then came in I would of had an X-ray done. Update* I went to health matters today and had an X-ray done and my lumbar spine doesn't have the natural curve in it like it's supposed to. X-rays showed that it's straight as a board. I knew there was something wrong with it, but apparently at med express they don't believe you're hurting. Or that anything is wrong with you without even looking at you.

  My son was very sick. We walked in right at closing, staff was super friendly, the wait was not as long as they said it would be despite being slammed busy. Everyone was so friendly. Dr. B was amazing, professional, and patient...and I just can't thank you all enough. You have saved us many times, and I am so glad you are here!
